Is 2gb memory plenty of memory if I have a mac laptop?
I’m looking for a laptop and I found a 2gb MacBook laptop on sale for $989 EXACTLY (tax included). I thought it wasn’t enough memory but my cousin (who is a computer geek) said that apples are different and 2gb for a mac is plenty. Is that true?
2GB is low for a Mac? Is that guy clueless or what?
2GB is fine unless you are doing high- end video of image editing. Mac OS requires 1GB, which leaves you with 1GB for your applications.
2GB would be the bare minimum for Windows. You need 4GB to run Windows Vista or 7. Windows is the ultimate bloatware.
